Maple whipped cream is a nice way to add a subtle maple flavor to your desserts. This recipe only takes a few minutes to make and is delicious on cakes, crisps, pies, pancakes, and especially waffles.
In a mixer, combine the heavy cream, maple syrup, and cinnamon together and whisk on high speed until the whipped cream has reached it's desired consistency.
1 cup heavy cream, 1-1/2 tbsp real maple syrup, 1/4 tsp cinnamon
The longer the cream is whipped, the stiffer it will become.
