The Umami Old Fashioned

Ingredients
- 1 jigger rye whiskey
- 1 sugar cube
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- 1 lemon twist
- 1 Bing cherry
- 1 piece ice large chunk preferred
Instructions
- Place the sugar cube in an Old Fashioned glass with three dashes of orange bitters.
- Muddle the sugar and bitters together in the bottom of the glass adding the rye whiskey and ice to the mixture.
- Finish with a lemon twist and the cherry as a garnish
