Bodum’s Chambord coffee maker is the original French Press. When Bodum took over a small clarinet factory in Normandy in 1982, it wasn’t because of the excellent orchestra clarinets they were producing but because they made a relatively unknown coffee maker called the Chambord.
This 8-cup model (1.0 l, 34 oz.) features a BPA-free, SAN plastic carafe which is shatter-resistant. Also available in 3 cup (0.35 l, 12 oz.), 4cup (0.6, 17oz.) and 12 cup (1.5 l, 51 oz.) size models.
