Ingredients

  • 5 lemons
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Start by rolling the lemons under the palm of your hand a few times on a cutting board. This helps soften them up and makes it easier to get the juice out.
  • Cut the lemons in half, saving half of one lemon as a garnish. Juice the rest of the lemons. You should have around 1 1/4 cups of lemon juice.
  • Muddle a 1/2 cup of raspberries with the lemon juice and sugar. Add in 7 cups of water and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add in the rest of the raspberries.
  • Slice the remaining half lemon in rounds and use them as a garnish or add them to the pitcher. Chill the lemonade for 15 minutes to let everything come together. Serve over ice.
