Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter
  • 11 oz chocolate chunks
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 dashes of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Start by mixing the flour, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. In a mixing bowl cream the butter, white sugar, vanilla, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. 
  • Add the eggs one at a time while continuing to mix the dough. Add the flour mixture slowly to peanut butter mixture. Once everything else is mixed together add in the chocolate chunks until everything is evenly distributed.
  • Heat the oven to 350ยฐF. Cover a couple of baking sheets with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to shape the dough, placing around a dozen on each baking sheet.
  • Bake the cookies for 11 to 14 minutes. The cookies should just be turning brown on the outside.
