- 1 pint olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch dried oregano or thyme, optional
- Thirty minutes before you want to serve the olives, drizzle them with a little olive oil, and a pinch of dried oregano.
- Put the olives into a baking dish and bake at 300℉ (149℃) for 15 minutes.
- The olives can be served straight from the baking dish.
