Ingredients

  • 8 cups maple sap
  • 6 tsp maple syrup
  • 4 oz bourbon
  • 4 lemon slices

Instructionsย 

  • Start by reducing 8 cups of maple sap by 25 percent or so. The goal is to increase the sweetness and start bringing out the maple flavor.
  • For each drink stir 1 1/2 cups of the warm maple sap with 1 oz of bourbon, 1 1/2 tsp of maple syrup, and a lemon slice.
  • Serve steaming hot, preferably by a roaring fire.
